Geely Auto UK Establishes New Headquarters at Ansty Business Park, Coventry
- The move places Geely Auto UK in Britain’s answer to Motor City
- Relocation comes as Geely Auto hits 10,000 registrations in 11 months from launch
- Brand plans to further expand its product portfolio by launching seven new vehicles over the next two years
Coventry, United Kingdom, Thursday 01 October 2026 Geely Auto UK has today announced the relocation of its UK headquarters to Coventry, following strong growth since the brand launched in the UK in October last year.
The move from Milton Keynes places Geely Auto UK at the heart of one of the UK's most important automotive and engineering centres, providing a central location from which to support its growing retailer network, expand customer operations and deliver future products, reinforcing Geely Auto UK's commitment to investing in the British market.
The relocation follows a period of rapid expansion for the business, which has quickly established itself in the UK market and recently surpassed 10,000 registrations in just 11 months, underlining the growing appeal of the brand among British consumers.
"The move to Coventry is a clear line in the sand for the future of Geely Auto in the UK,” said Michael Yang, Managing Director at Geely Auto UK. “As we build on our early momentum, relocating our headquarters to Britain’s answer to Motor City provides the ideal environment to put down our roots, ensuring we are supporting the expansion of operations and our long-term ambitions in the UK.”
“The move to Coventry also comes as we recently hit 10,000 registrations in 11 months so we know we have the right product at the right time for the market. And it’s only going to continue to grow as we add a further seven models over the coming two years.”
“Geely Auto UK is committed to being a good corporate citizen in Coventry, actively integrating into the local community and making positive contributions to local community development, indeed, in August this year, Geely Auto became the official automotive and sleeve sponsor of Coventry City Football Club.”
The new headquarters will house sales, marketing, aftersales, network development and corporate functions, creating a collaborative hub designed to support the brand's continued expansion.
